All visits are virtual, evidence- based, and judgement free, so you can get expert help without leaving the comfort of your couch.
Prenatal Lactation Prep
$150.00 (60-75 mins)
We’ll meet before baby arrives to talk through your feeding goals, health history, and any past breastfeeding or pumping experiences. I’ll walk you though what to expect in the first days and weeks, help you spot normal vs ‘call for help’ and make a simple, realistic feeding plan that fits your family, your birth plans, and your support system.
Initial Lactation Consultation
$185 (75-90 mins)
We’ll take time to really understand what’s going on for you and your baby, review your hearth and birth history, watch a feeding if possible, and troubleshoot what isn’t working. You’ll leave with a clear plan, practical next steps, and a written summary you can share with your paediatrician or other providers.
Follow-up Support
$75.00 (30-45 mins)Shorter virtual check-ins after an initial visit. We’ll review what’s improved, what still feels difficult, and any new questions that popped up as you tried your plan. I can reassess feeding, tweak positioning or pump settings, update your written plan, and help you decide when it’s time to loop back with your paediatrician or other providers so you’re never guessing alone.

Two 30-45 min Follow-up Support Visits
Bundle an initial Lactation Consultation plus two follow-up Support visits into one package. We’ll start with a deep-dive virtual consult to understand you and baby’s history and go over where you are in your feeding journey right now, and make a custom plan that works for you and your family, then use the shorter two follow-ups to tweak your plan, troubleshoot new questions, and keep things on track. This package is ideal if you know you’ll want ongoing support beyond the first visit.
