Whether you're an adoptive parent, an intended parent through surrogacy, or returning to breastfeeding Inducing or relactating takes time, patience, and the right guidance, and on average the journey spans three to six months. You don't have to walk it alone. Every package includes one-on-one virtual or in-person sessions with a Certified Lactation Counselor who understands your unique story, a personalized lactation plan with step-by-step pumping schedules and milestones, evidence-based galactagogue guidance coordinated with your primary care provider, access to specialized educational resources and handouts, and ongoing direct messaging and email support between appointments because milk doesn't follow a nine-to-five schedule. Choose from three, six, nine, or twelve-month support packages based on where you are in your journey and where you want to go.

3-Month Support — $600
Includes initial assessment, 3 one-on-1 sessions, personalized plan, galactagogue guidance, educational resources, and messaging support between sessions.

9-Month Support — $1,550
Everything included in the three month package, plus 3 more sessions (9 total), extended milestone tracking, and a dedicated strategy session to reassess goals.

6-Month Support — $1,100
Everything included in the three month package, plus 3 additional sessions (6 total), mid-journey plan review, and ongoing supply adjustments.

12-Month Support — $1,950
Everything included in the three month package, plus 3 more sessions (12 total), quarterly check-ins, and a personalized transition or continuation plan at the end of your journey.
